Here are some highlights of our unique program:
- No log home comps required for the appraisal – this is huge! Most log homes are built for the owners and rarely placed on the market for resale. As a result, traditional lenders may have trouble determining a value whereas we are experienced in the ‘art’ of log home financing. We know that there won’t be any recent sales of log homes in your building area so we advise the appraiser to focus more on home with similar floorplans and building sites.
- You have 12 months to complete your home – plus we have financial incentives available to you should you not need the full 12 months!
- We will reimburse you for the cost of the appraisal – when you take your first construction draw, we will automatically reimburse you for the cost of the appraisal
- Unlimited number of draws available to you – you can request a draw every day if you want! No other lender offers this! You email us for a draw and the funds are electronically deposited into your account within 48 hours!
- No inspection fees – even with unlimited draws we still have no inspection fees!
- Maximum 75% LTV – based on the lower of either the appraised value or total costs to build (including land value)
