Here’s a sample materials list we gathered from Classic Post & Beam, a timber frame company in York, Maine. But remember, each producer’s package is different, so be sure to request a materials list from companies you’re considering. Package details are listed on a company’s web site.
FIRST-FLOOR SYSTEM:

- Each panel is pre-cut for all window and door openings, plus all eave and gable cuts, and then numbered for easy installation.
